Sailor Moon - Kodasnsha translation

Sailor Moon Volume 1

I recently bought the Sailor Moon manga box set published by Kodansha. I don't have the first volume of Sailor Moon Pocket Mixx (Tokyo Pop) to compare. I came across one word, erred, I was assuming when I read the sentence that it meant mistake, so I had to look it up just to make sure. The definition was to make an error or a mistake. What I like about the manga is that the beginning three pages(two-sided) were colored.   I also like that they used the original names not Bunny but Usagi.

Each volume cover features one of the scout, volume 1 has Sailor Moon, volume 2 has Sailor Mercury, volume 3 has Sailor Mars, and etc. The back cover has a quarter moon and one of the scouts in chibi form, it also doesn't have a summary. Comparing the two manga, one is bigger and the format is Japanese reading style(right to left).

Sailor Moon volume 2Volume 2: Left side Kodansha translation. Right side Pocket Mixx

The Kodansha one starts with Usagi finding the true identity of Tuxedo Mask while Pocket Mixx starts with Sailor Moon being told by Luna that she is the leader of the scouts. Kodansha ends with Mamo-chan brained washed by Princess Beryl. The Pocket Mixx ends with Luna telling the Sailor Scouts about heading to the moon.

I just saw three changes in that page; The border, Tuxedo Mask blushing, and the Japanese sound effect(with the English translation). There are also more changes, like a small change on the style of the outfit that Usagi is wearing when Luna told the Scouts that they were going to the moon. There a lot more changes to compare between the two translation and it will take too long to do that.
