In this chapter it's Rebecca's turn to be in the fighting ring, once she gets to the ring the audience started booing her. They called her the Shame of Dressrosa because her grandfather supposedly set fires in the Kingdom. Luffy hearing that got angry and said so what that she is the granddaughter, she had nothing to do with what her grandfather did. It reminded me on how Chinjao was blaming Luffy for what his grandfather Garp did. Some of the fighters in Rebecca's blocks were looking down on her, until the captain of the Beauty pirates, White Stallion Cavendish, came to her rescue(more to show off than to rescue her ^_^;) Girls in the audience start to faint and one said to beat up Rebecca, Cavendish respond that he didn't know the reason for their hate, but if that they wanted to scorn her than to enter the ring and fight her themselves. Luffy called Cavendish, cabbage and that he went a few notches in his eye, but that he still didn't like him. One of the fighters said to Cavendish that he got the attention of the audience even when he didn't want it. Then found out that Cavendish did want the attention direct towards him. Rebecca thanks Cavendish for helping her and he response to forget about instead he asked if there were reporters. He goes in his fantasy as he walked away from Rebecca. The battle starts off.
Meanwhile at the flower field of Dressrosa, Robin, Usopp, Franky, and the dwarves are in the secret headquarters of the Riku Royal army listening to the plan that Soldier-san was explaining. The scene changes to Zoro and Wicca who is leading him back to the ship since it was being attack by Doflamingo's female officer, Jora. They pass by Sanji and Kinemon, afterwards they explain that the ship was being attacked. Somehow Sanji saw Violet and goes to his perverted mode, as always Zoro has to make remark. Violet told them that their ship was hijacked by Jora and was heading to Green Bit.
At the Thousand Sunny, Nami, Chopper, Brook, and Momonosuke are being turned into artwork. It reminded me of Little Island arc where Nami, Zoro, and Vivi where about to turned into wax figure by Mr. 3. Brook is getting along with Jora and Chopper was asking if he had betray them. Jora named her attack Dying Art, Brook told her that he'll prepare a score and if she can undo his bow and violin. She agreed, that's when he attacks her and freed his friends.
At the same time at Green Bit with Law, Doflamingo, and admiral Fujitora, more information on the Celestial Dragons are given. Doflamingo explained that 20 Kings decided to create one organization that happen to be the World Government and the Kings were known as the creators. And the creators descendants are the Celestial Dragons. All the royal families except the Nefetari decided to live on Mariejois; Those nineteen royal families gave up the thrones and new kings were elected. In Dressrosa, the new royal family was the Riku and that the Donquixote family were the ones that left for Mariejois. That was the end of chapter 722
